Tigris Personnel has teamed up with Hotspex for the 4th consecutive year to execute a huge field market research campaign for the Greater Toronto Airports Authority.
The goal is to obtain several thousand completed surveys in a 2 week span so GTAA can analyze feedback from travellers and make important changes ranging from their travel procedures to their retail shops. Tigris Personnel has 1 market researcher per kiosk at 11 stations distributed throughout Toronto Pearson for 16 hours each day. The participating TSS were required to provide a police check and government ID to obtain the proper security clearance to work post-security for this initiative.
If you happen to be flying out of Toronto Pearson early May, stop by one of the kiosks. In exchange for 15-20 minutes of your time and a completed survey, travellers are rewarded with a Tim Hortons gift card.
