Super Bowl is not a Party until the Promotions Girls Arrive!

What better way to celebrate the 47th Super Bowl than to be surrounded by promotions girls from Tigris Personnel?

Not only were our promotions girls hosting the Grand Opening of Shoeless Joe’s in Burlington but our models were also involved in  their tailgate party and Super Bowl party at that location – and another in downtown Toronto. With a mandate of delivering an outstanding guest experience with personalized service, it should come as no surprise why Labatt contacted Tigris Personnel to help add a special touch to Shoeless Joe’s events.

Not from west GTA? You may have also seen our staff promoting Labatt on the other side of the city at Whitby’s favorite pub, the Tap and Tankard or Tapps Bar and Grill in Scarborough. At each location, the promotions girls tested guests Super Bowl knowledge by asking trivia questions for a chance to win some Bud Light swag and try Bud Lights newest beer, Bud Light Platinum.

The owner of Westdale Properties also utilized our services to support a private Super Bowl party at his home. Our promotional models served drinks and food throughout the game to help make the game that much more enjoyable! They also mingled with guests and kept his home clean during the Super Bowl bash

Tigris Personnel’s Live Models a Hit at the BES Event Dec. 6

Tigris Personnel teamed up with Astral Radio to plan and execute a photo booth activation for the biggest bash of the season. Our head office project management sourced a Santa throne for the photo booth along with red carpeting and stanchions to keep excited guests organized while lining up for the fun and flirty experience.

Of course, the hit of the party was not the display but the live models including a very sexy Santa, 1 male elf and 3 female elves. Santa’s never looked better if you ask us!! Tigris booked a team of live models who not only had great looks – but even better personalities.The activation was intended to be playful but also professional – and our team of live models got absolutely rave reviews.

Live Models with Lively Personalities

The photo booth was set up for 3pm and although our client said guests would slowly make their way down to have their photo taken with our live models; we had a line up by 3:05pm that didn’t dwindle until the booth closed down at 8pm. Many guests came back for 2nd and 3rd photos!

While our sexy Santa got out of the way for male guests to take photos with our trio of female elves, he actually provided a little extra entertainment on the dance floor, busting moves most people never would’ve expected “Santa” to have up his sleeve.

Following this event, our client said “thank you both SO much again for all of your hard work in making our Astral activation a most successful event! Our booth was absolutely the talk of the town these last few days, and that is 100% due to you and your fabulous live models and set up. I look so forward to working with you both again very soon and will highly recommend Tigris to my colleagues.  We have 84 radio stations across the country and they are always looking for great partners to work with.”

Our live models made an amazing impression at the party and people are still talking about it days later!

Event Logistics for a VIP Experience!

Tigris Personnel teamed up with PR & publicity powerhouse Terrain Marketing to coordinate the event logistics for two impressive VIP Thank You Nights on Nov. 8 & 15. Tigris was contacted in August to lend their event planning expertise to the production value of the Moulin Rouge themed corporate dinners.

Over the course of three months, Tigris sourced all of the elements relating to staging, lighting and decor, as well as procuring singers, musicians, DJ’s and Burlesque troupes in both Calgary and Toronto. Although not formally hired for venue coordination, Tigris was heavily involved with this aspect of the contract as well, willingly taking on extra event logistics to transfer the Calgary function to a new location when the original date proved problematic for the client.

In addition to show production, Tigris was also responsible for such event logistics as sourcing memorable giveaways, photographers with onsite printing capabilities of branded souvenir photos, hiring and costuming Moulin Rouge themed promotional models. Tigris Personnel also booked event management in both cities to further assist with any onsite responsibilities such as checking in guests, providing their table numbers, cuing performers and distributing photos and giveaways at the end of the evening.

Enjoying the Execution of the Event Logistics

These two events were thrown for RONA’s most valuable contractors who spend $50,000 per year or more. This included 40 contractors and their guests from each city as well as RONA managers and head office executives. Guests got to enjoy a cocktail party, themed photo shoot, 4 course meal with an open bar complimented by ambient dinner music and the grand finale – the Moulin Rouge show! All of the guests who participated in the event were genuinely impressed with the event(s) and were touched by RONA’s gratitude for their business.
